Experience the atmosphere, discipline and creativity of a 2-star Michelin restaurant during a half-day course. René and Maxime Meilleur, the restaurant’s award-winning chefs, are keen to share their passion and innovative approach to cooking with a focus on local and regional produce. The workshop concludes with a group meal.
