Madness in La Masse #2
Join us in celebrating board sports at Complètement à La Masse! After the success of the first edition with thrilling races and lots of participants, we're back this year for an even more epic party.
Join us on 23 March 2024 in the La Masse sector, a must-see spot in the 3 Vallées. For one day, it will be transformed to host 2 races (solo and relay) and lots of entertainment. To participate, you can register on the official event website.
🏂😜❄️ Solo Race
For the solo race, up to 150 skiers will be competing in a major challenge! It will feature: 4.3 km of downhill skiing with a vertical drop of over 850 metres, around a hundred turns and obstacles along the descent - mogul field, slalom slope, biathlon section, snake run and boardercross slope - bringing plenty of excitement to this challenging course!
🤘😎 Relay
If you prefer 'working' in a team, the relay race is the one for you! Up to 150 teams of 3 will come together to kick off the day with this race in several stages. It follows the same route as the solo race, with the different stages split between the 3 team members who will round off the challenge in the afternoon with a grand sledging race.
An action-packed team race perfect for groups who are stronger together.
Activities and stands
Reward for your efforts... After the races, everyone will converge in the centre of the resort to unwind and enjoy a bite to eat from the barbecue in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Come and take part, cheer on the competitors or just visit, but don't miss the sledging race! You can raise a glass, look around the event village, take on the water-slide challenge, watch the prize ceremony, try your luck at the tombola and enjoy the concert and other entertainment.
Getting here and getting around
You certainly won't be stuck for transport to the resort! By car, train, taxi or bus, book your journey online to get to the event.
A free bus is scheduled in the morning for easy access to Les Menuires from Albertville. All you have to do is tick the option when you register on the event's official website. Places are limited, so don't delay - it's first come, first served... and the fun is guaranteed!
Free outdoor parking is available in every part of the resort. On the day of the event, a car park will be specifically reserved for participants near the bottom station of the Pointe de la Masse gondola lift.
