With 'Les Secrets du Beaufort - Chalet d'alpage', meet the farmers of the Combes mountain pasture. Discover their know-how, watch Beaufort being made and visit the chalet, from the cheese dairy to the maturing cellar. The visit ends with a tasty tasting of this emblematic cheese.
