Burdin Mill tour
This ancient flour mill, which has been restored, works with an unusual system of horizontal wheels. The mill resumes production twice a week with guided tours where you can learn about the site’s history and how the wheat is milled. There’s also a fun and interactive sustainable energy trail where you can find out about some of the valley’s green initiatives.
Wednesday and Friday at 10am or 11am. From Saint-Marcel hamlet, follow the signs to 'Moulin de Burdin' (roughly 30 minutes' walk).
