Yogiski
From 10-16 April 2026, Yogiski returns for its 10th year in Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville. Don't miss this Les 3 Vallées event, which combines the pleasures of yoga and skiing.
This not-to-be-missed mountain well-being event promises an unprecedented week combining relaxation, yoga and connection with nature, in the world's largest ski area.
🧘❤️🌲 A programme combining ski, yoga and nature
There is a wide range of well-being activities on offer throughout the week, including First track with yoga session at an altitude of 2,800 metres, Tai Chi, Ayurveda, and plantar reflexology workshops, as well as sound baths and candle-lit yin yoga sessions. Everything you need for some precious moments of relaxation is right here.
One of the highlights of Yogiski is the yoga hike to the Lac du Lou mountain refuge. After an ascent on snowshoes at sunset, you will be welcomed for a session of relaxing and energising hatha yoga, before enjoying a vegetarian, local meal at the mountain refuge. The evening ends with a descent under a starry sky.
😎⭐ Two renowned experts at your side
This year, two expert ambassadors will guide you through a range of workshops designed to revitalise body and mind.
Caroline Perrineau, an influential Parisian yogist with over 100,000 subscribers and an expert in Vinyasa yoga, offers an experience enriched by her knowledge of movement neurology, prenatal and postnatal yoga, and mental health. Her philosophy combines authenticity and connection with nature.
Mathilde Guibert, founder of Solstice 108, offers an inclusive practice accessible to all, whatever their age or level. Trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in Thailand, she will be accompanied by Mathieu, a physical trainer for top-level athletes, who will be leading muscle-strengthening sessions.
🤩 The haven of well-being: La Belle Vie
To attend some of the Yogiski sessions and perfect your zen altitude, head to the well-being centre in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville: La Belle Vie. This panoramic centre, in perfect harmony with nature, has two heated pools, including an indoor/outdoor pool at 33°C, for absolute relaxation.
The centre also has salt and herbal saunas, steam rooms, as well as massage and relaxation rooms. The panoramic glass Finnish sauna and the cold-water well facing the mountains promise a unique experience.
