Yogiski week is back, from 7 to 12 April! The resorts of Les Menuires and Saint-Martin-de-Belleville are once again celebrating life in the slow lane with a rich and enriching programme.
❤️🧘 An 8th edition under the sign of well-being
The programme involves a week of yoga and hiking, relaxation and meditation, combining positive energy and sharing good vibes. Come along and join a workshop in yoga-skiing, naturopathy, tai-chi, Ayurveda, yin yoga by candlelight, plantar reflexology and much more, all in the heart of Les Menuires, in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville village centre or up in the mountains.
Yoga classes led by the talented Lili Barbery
Journalist turned yoga teacher and influencer, Lili Barbery, with her 120,000 followers, will have the honor of sharing her inspiring approach to kundalini yoga to overcome negativity and savor the present moment.
The sessions designed for the Yogiski festival, offered in the evenings, will be perfectly suited for après-ski: focusing on breath work, stretching, gentle movements, and meditation.
😍 Outdoor activities
To take things even further and really enjoy the experience to the full, take part in the mountain yoga excursion to Lake Lou refuge. You'll begin with a snowshoe ascent at sunset, with a few yoga exercises along the way, and stop at a mountain refuge for dinner.
To round off the week in style, a daytime ascent from Notre-Dame-de-la-Vie encourages you to push your boundaries as you make your way up on snowshoes, stopping for a spot of yoga nidra, mantras chanting and a delicious picnic in the great outdoors.

Classes are open to all and free of charge. Sign up at the Tourist Office on +33 4 79 00 73 00 (maximum 5 activities per person over the week of the event). The activity venue and additional information will be provided on registration.
The evening at Lake Lou refuge on Wednesday 10 April costs €30, including snowshoe rental, yoga classes, supervision by guides and dinner at the refuge).
The mountain retreat on the last day, Friday 12 April, costs €40, including snowshoe rental, yoga classes, supervision by guides and lunch).
